Terms of Use
Effective 1 September 2026
Eligibility and agreement
You must be 16 or older, identify as a woman, provide accurate account information and accept these Terms, the Privacy Notice, Age Policy and Community Guidelines. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must consent before you join. One person may not impersonate another or create accounts to harass, monitor or disrupt the community.
Your account
You are responsible for protecting your credentials and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You may stop using Squeeza or delete your account at any time.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Squeeza a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure and promote the service. The licence ends when content is deleted, except for lawful retention, backups and content already shared by others.
Safety and moderation
We may review reports, limit distribution, remove content, suspend or ban accounts, and preserve evidence where reasonably necessary to enforce our rules or law. We aim to provide notice and an opportunity to appeal where appropriate, but may act immediately to address urgent risk.
Important limitations
Squeeza is a peer community, not an emergency, medical, legal, mental-health or financial service. Content from members is not professional advice. To the extent permitted by South African law, the service is provided as available and Squeeza is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Questions may be sent to support@mysqueeza.co.za.
