Community Standards

Squeeza exists so women can speak honestly, ask sensitive questions and support one another. These rules apply to profiles, posts, comments and messages.
Be respectful
No harassment, threats, stalking, hate, humiliation, sexual exploitation or encouragement of self-harm. Disagreement is welcome; targeted cruelty is not.
Protect privacy
Do not expose someone’s identity, contact details, location, private messages, intimate material or other personal information without permission. Never try to identify an anonymous contributor.
Keep the community authentic
No impersonation, deceptive eligibility claims, coordinated manipulation, scams, spam or use of Squeeza to surveil members. The women-only rule includes all women; members may not police another woman’s identity.
Young-member safety
Squeeza is 16+. Sexual content involving anyone under 18, grooming, exploitation or credible threats of violence are prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Reporting and enforcement
Use Report for suspected violations and Block to control your experience. Depending on severity and history, Squeeza may warn, remove content, restrict features, suspend or ban an account.
